Fluoropolymer Tube

Fluoropolymer tubing is highly versatile and offers distinct advantages for various applications. There are three main types of fluoropolymer tubing: PTFE, FEP, and PFA. PTFE is resistant to virtually all known acids, alkalis, and solvents. It has excellent electrical properties for high voltage and high signal frequencies, non-stick characteristics, and can be used in extremely low temperatures. Additionally, it is UV resistant. FEP was developed as a conventionally melt-processible fluoropolymer. It has a working pressure higher than PTFE, slightly increased stiffness, and a lower use temperature than PTFE. FEP tubing is ideal for applications requiring high electrical breakdown voltage, low dielectric constant, high chemical resistance, high UV transmission, excellent sterilisability, and long life. PFA is a highly pure material commonly used in pharmaceuticals, laboratories, and sampling applications. It is also preferred in harsh industrial environments due to its long lasting service life. PFA surpasses FEP in terms of continuous working temperature and performs better than PTFE in high-pressure and high-temperature applications.

Silicone Tube

Silicone tubing is a durable elastomer that is flexible and strong, making it an essential material across various industries. Its resistance to different devices makes it suitable for use in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
