ATI Facility

Our dedicated Assembly Test and Inspection Facility is in Liverpool, closely situated next to our head office.

We understand that traceability is key for hoses and products out in the field, for this we provide a full traceability service to ensure we can cross reference the exact original spec that was supplied via a specific certification number which is acid etched onto the hose/ product. We retain all records, and this ultimately reduces customers downtime. Hoses are assembled from a vast stock holding of steel, brass and stainless-steel fittings and hose to meet application requirements. Pressure Testing and full certification including 3.1b material cert packs are available. Finally, all hoses/products are inspected by our experienced quality control team to ensure that everything leaving us meets our customer’s needs.
