Smartflow Dry Break Couplings

Description Smartflow specialist couplings meet the challenges and solve problems for many industries worldwide: oil and gas, petrochemicals, food and beverage, road and rail, marine and aviation. Common application examples include AdBlue distribution, road and rail tankers, offshore applications, marine bunkering and IBC filling. These couplings are used anywhere where spillages need to be minimised or fluid transfer efficiency maximised. All Smartflow couplings regardless of size or material are rated to 25 bar working pressure with the required 5x Safety Factor. This is unique to the industry and allows customers to select a Smartflow aluminium unit to replace a competitor stainless steel version if the application requires higher pressure but would prefer the lighter, lower-cost option. Following TEAM SPEC and STANAG 3756 standards, the Smartflow dry break couplings are interchangeable with other manufacturers in the industry. Additionally, Smartflow couplings come with different O-ring options, including FDA-approved O-rings, to meet the stringent safety and hygiene standards required for use within food and beverage production.

Smartflow 1” Dry Break Couplings – 610 Series

Description The Smartflow 1” (56 mm) couplings are the smallest in the range and used on smaller chemical hose lines between 3/4” and 1 1/4”. This size comes without handles due to the small size and are easy to operate with the slim grip design. They can be well suited to IBC applications where zero spillage is required.
