A permanent magnet incorporated into the piston enables position sensing; proximity switches mounted in the tie-rod grooves or on the cylinder profile transmit electrical signals when the piston reaches the desired position. This series is equipped as standard with adjustable end-stroke pneumatic cushioning, regulated by screws located on the end covers. Optional ATEX certification makes the Series 40K ideal for demanding applications in automation, packaging, and robotics where performance, compactness, and energy efficiency are essential.
