Introduction ROTOFLUX was founded to meet the demands of the rotary union market. Their focus is on delivering a high-quality product at an affordable price. Warranty ROTOFLUX guarantees that its products are free from any material or machining defects. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ROTOFLUX's liability is restricted to replacing or repairing any faulty union, or part returned to ROTOFLUX, with transportation costs prepaid. The warranty lasts for 12 months from the date of the invoice. No guarantees are provided beyond the limits mentioned above. ROTOFLUX will not be responsible for any damages caused by the incorrect use of its unions. Quality ROTOFLUX guarantees the continuous high quality of its unions. Each union undergoes testing before despatch to ensure its quality. The Company uses high-quality materials such as stainless steel, steel, aluminium, and brass to manufacture all its unions. Strict control measures are implemented throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that all ROTOFLUX unions meet the critical technical specifications required by the customer. All sub-components undergo stringent control checks to maintain the quality needed. Rotoflux Balanced Sealing Carbide-to-carbon graphite seals are used for clean water, air, vacuum, and hot oil applications, while carbide-to-carbide seals are used for poorly filtered water, hydraulic oil, coolant, and abrasive fluids. The seal faces are micro-lapped to ensure a perfect mating.
